Greek chicken doner recipe!

Hello friends, One of my hobbies is cooking I just love creating new flavors or recreate old one with my own personal touch! In case you have read my previous blog you will already figure it out that I come from a small island named Cyprus. The island is well known for its beauty, sun, beaches and food. One of the Cypriot nationals favorite fast food is doner! Therefore I am sharing with you guys my own recipe of how to make a Greek chicken doner.  Ingredients 4 large chicken breast 4 table spoon of low fat Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon of paprika 0.5 teaspoon of cumin 1 teaspoon of garlic salt First it will require for you to marinate the chicken. The marinade will add flavor to the meat soft and keep it moist during cooking. For the marinade add the yogurt, paprika, cumin, garlic and salt into a bowl stir them until all the ingredients mix together. Then add the chicken. Hello friends, I know it's been awhile since my last blog. I haven't been doing very well. My anxiety pretty much took over and it got me to a very bad place right now in my life. However in my moments of clarity one of the few things I enjoy is cooking. I love cooking for my friends and family. One thing that I enjoy the most is eating healthy food that will make my tummy full and will keep me contend until my next meal. So I slowly started changing the way I cook and only by that I manage to maintain a healthy lifestyle without being deprived of any category of food.
